Criminal Background Checks  LINK  - SafetyNET Pilot Program has been extended through June 2008.  In partnership with the FBI, MENTOR/National Mentoring Partnership is pleased to make nationwide FBI fingerprint-based background checks available to any mentoring program in the country. Through SafetyNET, each FBI background check costs $18, and results are delivered within 3-5 business days.

Regional Network Meetings - The purpose of The Connecticut Mentoring Partnership's regional networks is to connect mentoring program providers with resources, training opportunities and technical assistance regionally, and through the CMP, to strengthen the mentoring infrastructure in Connecticut and serve more children through mentoring relationships. There are regional networks in four counties: Hartford, New Haven, Fairfield and New London, and meetings are open to all.
