2006 CORPORATE HONOR ROLL
Companies that meet at least three of the following criteria will be selected
for membership in the Corporate Honor Roll:
- The CEO formally commits to involve his/her company in youth mentoring.
- The CEO and/or at least one member of the senior management is a mentor.
- The company has established a policy regarding employee release time for mentoring
- The company has designated an employee who oversees internal coordination of the program
- The company has formed a mentoring alliance with a school or school district, which focuses on academic success, self-esteem, character development, school-to-career and/or workforce development.
- At least 10 employees or 1% of the company workforce, (whichever is larger) are involved in mentoring
